Look up NAFTA ie. the North America Free Trade Agreement. Notice it's was slipped by the vast majority of people in your 'democratic' country.

Don't really care.  Canada is nice, and if we had any control over what happens in Mexico, we could clean it up enough so that Mexicans wouldn't need to sneak into the US to find jobs.
