  2. yes the territorial army is much like the national guards for being volunteer reserve force. as in everything american, the natl guard is much bigger. the oldest component of the armed forces of america. motto is 'always ready always there'.

  4. Basically it is like the National Guard. You get good training comradeship and get to go to war.
