It was last week in the newspaper. A pilot working for a big american airline decided to change his profession, and be a police officer?

Now, is that a good idea? I mean, maybe you earn more being in the police, but why did he make it?

  1. Maybe he needs a profession that is daring and exciting, but wants to be able to go home at night to his own house instead of travelling all the time.

  2. probably the attracted by the shiny buttons on the uniform...plus a different type of stick to hold?...

  3. Maybe he's insane. I mean, why else go from a great job with great pay to a hall monitor with a gun?

  4. I wouldn't judge the man.  He may have had a compelling reason for wanting to stay closer to home, or just discovered that flying wasn't for him.  It's not for everybody, you know.

  5. Must really suck to have THAT small a pee-pee...

  6. My fiance went to college to be a pilot-over $100,000 in student loans.  He thought this was something he wanted to do because he wanted to make a lot of money.  Well, the job outlook looked great when he started, but now that he is finished it doesn't look so well.  People change their professions everyday because they just want to be happy.
