it is developing now, like the price will go up by 15% in the next 2 years

its not certain for whole ahmedabad

on SG highway u can find land upto 10000 to 25000 per yard

and just after a highway on science city road u will get it on 3500 per yard... and beyond that u can get land in 1200 per yard .. all these differences are only in 5 to 6 km distance..

so its very difficult to say wt is the land price in ahmedabad.. right now its artifical increments in prices... it will definetly goes up...

but how much and when... god , land mafias and governments knows
