Do you think they would be able to create actual cyborgs in the future, (around 2040) or does humanity need time to find technology...

Yes, at some point we will be "able" to do that, and a lot more.  2040 is a little soon though - we have too many other pressing problems to deal with right now.

really it seems like the movies from people's imagination started this idea that we'll beuild these cyborg things. anything is possible but i bet that people will strive to make these cyborgs just to you know... fulfill our imaginations i guess?

okay...first of all...why would America want to? that's #1...2...they would serve no purpose...they might try to run us into extinction....plus humans are awesome! wooo! fight the power!
