What do you think about the motorola MOTO Q9c (Verizon Wireless)?

My mother just had her Q replaced with a Treo. I warned her not to get a Motorola but she insisted on a smartphone that was simple enough for her needs. Her battery grew weaker and weaker until it didn't last through the morning. A replacement battery somehow rendered the phone dead. The camera is also very grainy and takes poor quality pictures.

Personally, I had five bad experiences with two or three phones (V60, V60i, T730) from the brand and would never go back. And you couldn't pay me to use Windows OS (I don't care if OS 6 is supposedly better) because it's still slow, convoluted, and fundamentally a Microsoft product. I would strongly suggest the BlackBerry lineup (specifically the Curve) over the Q, all Palms, and most other smartphones.
