    Cute her birth name can be carlisle and you can nickname her carlie because that would be so imbarhassing to go to school having a boy name and being named after a town New Carlisle Ohio !!!! Carlie for the childs sake!!!!!!!!

    Personally, I wouldn't like to be called it.

    But it's a nice name. Better as a middle name I think.

    The only problem I've got with it is that it's a place in England, which isn't that glamourous.. and you don't really know if it's a boy or a girl.

    But Carli for short is cute.

  13. If you must use it make it a middle name. Use something really girly as a first name.

  14. I don't like how it's spelled to be honest. I'm not sure how you want it pronounced, though.

    My first instinct is to pronounce it as CAR-LEEZ, but the spelling looks more like CAR-LEEZ-LE.

    I really like Carylise, Carlyse, Carlise though. It just looks better to my eyes, to be honest.
