Kendalene? Pronounced Kendall Lynn, but i need to use the spelling Dalene in there some where so that is my problem. It is a family tradition and i need to pass it on, but want to make the name unique but cute too. I like the name Skye for the middle name.

It sounds cute when you say it--but that's going to be awful in school, because ever time someone sees your daughter's name, they'll pause and pronounce it Kendal-eeen, which is not pretty.  Why do you need to use Dalene?  That's a pretty big burden--question whether or not you should really honor a family tradition or your own feelings when it comes to your child.  This is not a family decision--it's yours.

I don't like either Kendall or Lynn and combining it sounds even worse. It sounds a bit trashy. I'd just use Dalene as the middle name and come up with a different first name.

I think its okay but its kind of a mouthful.....but considering that your trying to get Dalene in there i like it a lot for a family tradition thing props to you!
