As commented before me, the Palm Centro OS is slightly dated. Some people may find the keyboard cramped as well. However, the size is very small for a smartphone of its capability, and is a good beginner or first time smartphone. For all that its worth, the palm centro can serve as a good phone, texting/emailing device or even a business friendly smartphone.

well its overall a good phone. but to me just personally i dont like the palm os (the interface, like the menus and stuff). but thats just me. i mean i like how it has full qwerty keyboard and its really cool how it has a touch screen too.
