Sorry, but by doing this it does seem like you are being fake. if thats not your personality and your going into highschool with a personality thats not your real one its fake. you cant really reinvent yourself because you are already you.

Everyone has those traits no matter who you are. I think that you should just stay yourself.

Hmm... being fake involves only having one personality. I can help you with a few tips:

If you have nothing nice to say, don't say it because that'll simply ruin your reputation. Make friends easily by smiling and remembering names.

Overall, choose the friends one, the confident one and the outgoing one. Don't be rebellious because that annoys everybody and they call you a wannabe.

Pretty much the average teenage girl.

You say you don't want to be fake, but by reinventing yourself to specifically have these traits which you don't already have, you're forcing yourself to be someone you're not and that's being fake. Being fake will only attract enemies, not friends.

If you weren't fishing for compliments then you wouldn't be trying to be someone else in the first place.
