first of all I think the video is stupid in its simplicity and rhetoric. those problems they speak about are far more complex and they involve many factors as culture, region, socio-historical environment, etc.

secondly I would ask why a girl? why not a guy? he would definitely be a better farmer than a woman... especially when it comes to taking care of the cows, lol
