Not a turtle, their backbone is attached to the shell and this back is untouched.

I think, maybe a pig that has had the snout and ears removed - but that tail is odd, hmmm....a dog?

We have no indication of size, either.

Assuming it's not a total fake (why???) then it's a dead mammal with some damage to the head/snout.
