I don't know.  Extremely heavy bike.  The motor is probably needed just to move the extra weight of the motor.

I found 1 review of this bike, you might want to find a bike that has been reviewed more.

its fine, just remember its motor assist not just ride

No. FOr that price, you will get a crappy bike with a weak motor that will last about ten minutes. This is a bike for a grandma or someone who doesn't know better.
