What do you think about this car and driver that I thought up?

Question

The car comes to a stoplight amongst other cars. The driver inside presses a button, and the windows tint. He presses another button and it raises the car high up above the other cars. He looks inside the other cars. The light turns green. He presses a button and the car goes back to normal level, and he drives.

He comes to a stoplight. There is no one there. After a while a car arrives in the lane next to him. They are idling at the stoplight. He presses the button again and it lifts his car up. The light turns green. He presses the button and the car returns to normal height, and he drives.

not sure what to think to be honest. you mean as a story? It doesn't make sense to me and im the reader. but nonetheless you sound imaginitive!
