What do you think about the 1990-1994 Chevrolet Luminas (NOT THE APV VAN)? Explain. Please use details.

  1. They won't last much longer, though older Chevrolets have pretty consistent reliability.


  2. It a basic car made to get from Point A to Point B. Expect 17MPG City and 26MPG Highway.

    If I were you, I would consider 1993 Honda Accord. Before I wrecked mine, I really liked it. It was reliable, safe for it's time and got me from Point A to Point B fine with minimal repairs along the way.

  3. They're very affordable. They have strong V6s. Find one that hasn't been abused.

It doesn't look terrible, I mean if you can get one with a good paint job it would be a good car.  It looks like the average lower end priced vehicle and probably would not be a bad car for you.  My friend has a 1993 Luminas and he hasn't had too much trouble with it.  It runs fairly decent.  The sound system isn't too great but that can be fixed if you upgrade it.
