That's a full up restomod.  The body looks great and the floor already being replaced is a real plus.  This car is going to go up, a collector will pick this up and can finish it quickly.  Most of the other stuff is easier, just install; no more cutting or welding.  Almost ready to paint, not having the new rubber installed makes the project a little easier.

It would make a great project but you'll need some deep pockets to finish this correctly.  Those that are interested will pay twice list price, watch this go up.

Even at 8 grand it seems like a lot of money for a car that still needs a buttload of work.  Assuming it needs no bodywork, which he doesn't tell you, you could easily spend $15 - $20 grand having the body prepped & painted, finding and completing an interior, plus replacing all the missing parts (grille, trim, console, taillights & bezels, bumpers , chrome, you see where we're going here?)  Just because he spent $20k doesn't mean it's worth $20k.  And I don't like the Autometer gauges, but that's personal taste.
