ok so this what i said to this guy in a letter.

hey well you don't know ME but i would like to get 2 know you.so look 4 ME i am wearing a red and navy blue shirt an khaki pants i am a girl i am friends with the girl who said hi you saw me i said hi hi there you happy well i guess just look 4 ME ok say hi if you figer it out

I think you might want to brush up on your spelling.

You're right--he will need to figure it out.  First of all your spelling is so atrocious you'll be lucky if HE can decipher it.  After I read it I thought if I were the guy I wouldn't know which girl to look for.

Never, ever bring another girl directly into the picture.  He may decide he likes the other girl better but hadn't noticed her until you pointed her out.
