What do you think about this motherboard?

I was thinking to bundle this motherboard with Dual-Core 2.4 Ghz and Mwave 4GB Ram. The total comes up to about $220.

Do you think it's worth the money?

Only drawback i see is 2 DIMM sockets for the ram. This is going to cost you more if you get this motherboard. I say invest a little more or find one with more DIMM sockets.

It only has 2 DDR2 slots which wont allow you to use 4 memory sticks.

Either way it would depend on what you are using the computer for. For me as a gamer, it would never do but for someone who uses their computer for the basics it should do fine. also that and the memory and CPU for $220 is a good deal. just don't forget a video card.

If you are not a gamer this configuration would be fine.  The money is ok.

No it isn't worth it, because its intel chipset, All my computers are not intel so don't go for it
