What do you think about this nba trade? Houston and portland?

it would release a monster contract off houston and give them brandon roy who they wanted to get in the draft and alot more depth in pf and such. and for portland it would get them a go to scorer and a guard that can also shoot.

Yeah while this trade does move some cheap young talent to Houston it does effectively ruin Portland's rebuilding team w/ a young core.  Portland would never accept in a million years.

Houston may be concerned w/ the fact that they would have to resign both Roy and Lamarcus which would prove very difficult as proven by this year's NBA free agent period

What up Tuyen P,

If i was Houston i would do that all day- Aldridge and Roy for an aging Tracy McGrady.  The move would actually be a bad move for Portland- because Roy and Aldridge along with Oden and Bayless is the young nucleus they need to build around.  i wouldn't do that deal if i was Portland.
