What do you think about this person? Is Andy wierd?

My friend Andy was at lunch with me and some other friends last week. We went to Wendys. first he ordered an extra large water and they gave him the smallest cup ever. he came back later and asked for an XL cup of ice and they said no. His intention was to fill it with coke w/o paying. then he used my recipe and put it on an empty tray on the counter in an attempt to get free food. it did not work. so then he used his credit card to buy a burger. when he sat down he noticed it had lettuce and mayo on it and he wanted it plain. so he took it back and told the lady it wasnt fresh. she was chinese and did not understand. so he brought it back to the table and put some moldy lettuce on it and ate some of the burger. then he took it back and said that there was no way it was fresh. the lady said it was fresh. Andy said no way, not fresh. then thy gave him a new one. it did not have mustard on it so he gave it back and asked for a new one, they said no!

was it fresh? should he sue them?

I think we should sue you for posting this....how can you hang out with such a LOSER///!!!>>>??   If in fact this story is true, you all have too much time on your hands or I guess you are maybe 12 or 13 years old?   He would never win a lawsuit, because he sounds really STUPID.

If you were in the jury, would you find Wendy's at fault?  No, no way.  That they should have done, and I believe they probably did, was to refund his money and ask him to leave.  

I would suggest you find new friend.  Andy is the type that will get all of you in trouble.

That is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard -- definitely not. Your friend Andy is trying to play the system -- which i am altogether for .. but in this case it's just stupid.
