I'm sorry, it doesn't make sense.

The first line is intriguing-- the other three in the stanza are disconnected and hazy. You shouldn't make them all rhyme.

The second stanza is a weird, bad-sounding rhyme and doesn't seem to have anything to do with the first stanza.

The third stanza also doesn't make sense. I think that one is completely unnecessary.

How about this:

Money breeds a vote,

but don't start to quote,

'cause whatever I wrote

I'm not gonna gloat--

I disagree!
