You wouldn't believe my "Rock" & my "Hard" place....Although your phrase(for others) probably means a person who can't let go of their Dreams even though they may know they're not probable.

I think it is true in a sense ;) We all have dreams and aspirations, no matter how probable or improbable they may be. But it is that hope that keeps us waiting and trying. To give up everything you've ever wanted is to give up that hope... which is absolutely devastating.
