Nice balanced blue color through-out that is inviting to your market in northern Europe.  The icon list on the bottom left should have indications of linking to the daily horoscopes if your clients would wish to get them while on the net.  There is allot of blank space on the right of the webpage.  I would think this is for ancillary web-R-tizing.  May I suggest that if this is what the space is to be reserved for, put the advertising space on the bottom and limit the vertical intrusion.  I would put your linking icons on the right side, if you are not going to use that space for anything else.

A good sanity check also would be to search Award Winning Web designs and compare your offering to what is garnering acclaim.  I've included a comparative website of several listings for your convenience.  Keep your target market in mind and you will do well.
