Alright, so I'm going to be a freshman in high school, i decided i was going to try out for cheer leadinngg but i was kinda nervous because i tried out to be on my jr. high cheer team and i didn't make it, well at my high school they're three teams, freshoph, Junior Varsity, and Varsity. Well i ended up trying out and i made it and not only did i make it, i made the Junior Varsity squad, i was totally excitedd, in a few weeks there are going to be tryouts to be on the competition squad but i thinkk im too fatt, how should i loose weight?
