  1. i think it's fine. it seemed to help a little. it's herbal. and what's the alternative, let her suffer? no thanks.

add (because i do that!): ok here's a hint. yes, they are homeopathic. but they contain belladonna which is an herb. we give medications of the exact same type all the time at work (guess what i do for a living) to patients for pain. it's called a pain medication! it just happens to come from nature. so yes, it's alleviating pain!

  2. I tried them and they seemed to work great.  I have stopped using them however after a pharmasist friend told me more about them.  They are homeopathic which means that they use the cause of the problem diluted to solve the problem if this makes sense.  Ex..there is caffeine in them to help the baby relax and sleep better.  They are also not tested like regular meds therefore long term effects are not really known.  It scared me too much to take the risk.

  3. Didn't use them, won't use them - it's a placebo and merely makes you feel like you did something to help.  When it was really bad and my boys would not sleep and I needed sleep I gave them Tylenol or Motrin (dosage established with their pediatrician previously) and that helped immensely.

  4. I have never heard of teething tablets. My son is only three and I used orajel and frozen teething rings. He seemed to do really well with those. Anything cold they love because it helps so much.

  5. yea i never hear of that either...

with my son I  wet a baby cloth - stick it in a ziplock bag and give it to my baby when he was teething .

  6. They are all natural so they wont hurt your baby and I use them on both my babies and they seem to work pretty good, as it gives them some relief and they end up going to sleep for a little while. But I would recommend that you dont use orajel, as that will make the gums tougher and then when more teeth start coming in it will be even worse. Wet cold washrags are a good thing to let them suck/chew on.
