What do you think about voting drivers in in the All-Star Race?

What I mean is the fact that a driver can get into the All-Star Race on a fan vote, not through any actual racing. Do you like the idea or not?

  1. I think it is good because it gets the fans incorporated but don't like it at the same time because they didn't earn their way in.

  2. Yes I love that idea.

  3. The whole point of the all star race week is to involve the fans, so yes, it's a great idea!

  4. I think it's a great idea. Too bad Kenny Wallace didn't get in it though, I really like him and think he deserves to race. It was those Allstate girls that got Kasey Kahne in....lol.

  5. I like the idea.

  6. I like it. I also liked the fans voting to invert the field in previous years.

  7. I voted 3,000 total times for Clint Bowyer a year ago and he didn't make it in. Instead of voting in a driver of meaning and purpose (not necessarily just Bowyer), they voted in Kenny Wallace and his field filler.

That's why I voted for Paul Menard like 350 times this year and then said "The h**l with this. If I couldn't help Bowyer get in, what good would it be to even think of helping vote someone like Menard in?"

  8. The point of the All-Star race is to actually get the fans involved and voting does the trick.  It is a good idea.  The only thing I don't like is the car only has to be "raceable" rather than finishing on the lead lap as the previous requirements.
