What do you think about wearing a skirt on winter with stocking or panty hose???

Do you think it will be ok, wearing mini skirt with thick panty hose or stockings at Canadian winter. I don't like wearing any pants or jeans cuz mine Eastern European culture, respectful women always wear skirts. Even at harsh winter. So do you think it's ok, cuz in my wardrobe I have only 2 pairs of jeans and 7 different mini skirts.Also I will wear skirt, thick panty hose with my cozy sweater and boots.

I think you have the right idea. good for you!

as long as your legs aren't bare & you use the heavy tights that's fine. Also what is in now are the leggins. they are really a cool look with short skirts. " personally think they would keep you warm as well as show you have good fashion sense. Either way. Target & walmart have really cute leggins to choose from. whether you're in Canada or in another place that has winter season, as long as you feel better wearing those on d**n cold weather, then it is ok and no problem. no one can judge people what they will wear. in the country where i am, i can see plenty of young women, teens, just on mini skirts with no panty hose at all. even those high school students, they only wear high socks. for me, i should die that coldness dear. and i think you will look cute though. just be careful of your health.

American gals have been doing this for years.  We get the Danskins leotards in many colors or use black to go along with plaids.  Looks good from mini to maxi lengths.  If you choose the more neutral panty hose, you may find the boots look better with the colored Danskins and shoes will show off your legs with the hose.
