  6. Yes, like this: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/images/2...

  7. I don't know. I agree with you, the whole body builder thing in women is gross, but I guess some muscle would look ok.

  8. I don't mind as long as it is not over powering.

  9. its good for women to have muscle definition.. not only for looks but for health reasons..having muscle strength can improve mobility and overall quality of life...

  10. s**y is what comes to mind...  Firm abs are very s**y, toned muscles are hot.  You will look and feel better.

  11. Well, since women DO have muscles, SOME definition is healthy and s**y.  But just like on a man, too much is rather gross.  (Remember that "too much" on a man is still more than on a woman).

What's the alternative?  Too much blubber?  Give me definition anytime!

  12. I think women in the fitness industry are the hottest.  Of course not the bodybuilder type, but fitness competitors.......smokin!

  13. I have good muscle definition in my arms and calves. I like it because I worked hard for it. I am strong and healthy. I used to be overweight and flabby so I am proud of my physique now.

Dont know what others think to it and dont really care either! Lol!

  14. Fantastic, I intend to be one of them!
