What do you think are smart cards claiming for petrol's payments?

im a maneger of the smart card project, so i need to know, What is better for drivers to have smart card or cash?

A Petrol Card Payment system is usually imposed by the Management when they wake up to the cheats, fiddles and frauds going on with 'reclaiming' cash payments :-)

Here is one .. you fill up the van, slip the pump attendant an extra £10 and he gives you a book of blank receipts .. or a few discarded receipts from other customers .. or he makes a 'mistake' and rings up the wrong total, gives you the receipt and then cancels it .. (the possibilities are legion :-) ) .... what's that ? you think Management will spot the van milometer will show petrol consumption at 3 miles to the gallon ???? well milometers are designed so they can't be 'wound back' .. there's never any problem winding them forward :-)

Now = which method do YOU think drivers prefer :-) ??
