Biggest problem is land reform. 10 percent of the people own 90 percent of the land.

population ...... while it is not directly an economic issue .. its tremendous effect in terms of economics is greatly an issue. Philippines is so slow in its strategy in boosting up its food program to feed its people .... yet it is too fast in boosting up its population ..... solution? undermine cultural concept of traditional method of depopulation. Worst case..... have those priests and nuns ...... adopt at least 10 children from milking stage until they finish school ...... hhahahahaha!!!!
