I dont remember the names but in UFC 1 that dutch kickboxer fought a sumo wrestler, that was almost to much to watch that fat guy who had probably never been kicked or thrown a kick in his life getting repeatedly kicked in the face with ease.

Tank Abbott and John Matua was nasty.  Matua went into convulsions and Abbott started making fun of him.  Gary Goodridge and Paul Herrera  was bad too, the elbows that Goodridge landed had me thinking he killed him.

i dont know chris lytle vs josh koscheck was ablood bath so that was pretty nasty  another one mite be renato"babalu" sobral vs david heath david was a bloody mess then that anaconda choke babalu held on to till david went out i thought he killed him it was nasty but thats just my oppion

it was not a very violent fight but it had a lot of blood. War machine vs j roc. That has to be one of my favorites.

Edwin Dewees vs. Gideon Ray was extra nasty too - Does TUF count?

Even Gideon Ray was grossed out by the amount of blood gushing out of Dewees' head.

Stevenson/Penn was another bloody one - especially BJ l*****g blood at the end of the match.

I can't believe nobody mentioned when Tim Sylvia's arm broke vs Frank Mir...that was rough.

Joe Son vs. Keith Hackney. I almost couldn't watch it, yet i was kinda turned on by it. LOL. jk.

Well the Forrest Griffin vs Stephen Bonnar and BJ Penn vs Joe Stevenson fights take top honors. As well as the Gonzaga vs Cro Cop fight... Cro Cop's leg looked like it was going to rip off. The Koscheck vs Lytle fight... that was bloody. The Vitor Belfort vs Marvin Eastman and Renato Sobral vs David Heath fights get honorable mention.
