  1. do alot of team building...got to a college game, or do something that everyone can do

  2. well i coach a pee wee football team and we were winning game after game but the one time that we lost these kids pulled together closer than they ever have before. Knowing that your teammate will still be their after a lost make a player know that they are in this together, and that their is nothing that they could not do while having  their team on their side.

  3. i would have the team eat lunch together this will help the team become closer

  4. lose because whatever happen it is just a sports and every athlete must have a sportsmanship

  5. I think a lot of it depends on the mindset of the team.  I've seen both gel a team real well and both rip one apart.  It's a matter of the attitude each player brings to the team.  Sometimes, a team with little confidence will be brought together when they win.  Sometimes, an overly confident team will realize what they need to work on through a loss.

  6. Team spirit and winning spirit.

  7. a win, because everyone's spirit is up. but as much of a competetive person that i am, winning isnt the only thing that brings you guys together. its the cheering, teamwork, and belief that you have in each other.

  8. A loose.

If you loose, then your team has to improve. So they work harder and come closer together. They have to think on what they missed on and work on that. So they have more time together.

But a win also brings a team close together. When you win you normally go out to dinner or something. And are happy.

Both ways, your team members are like family :]

  9. What brings a team closer is TRUST. Not win or lose.  In fact, a team that is not working together may still win against inferior teams, but they'll still be separate and look after their own self-interest.  Unless and until they can work together, such teams seldom continue winning.  So they'll start losing and blame each other for each loss.

  10. a loss, learning to deal with advercity makes you stronger. anyone can get along when you are winning.

  11. A win makes everyone on the team appear more winsome and healthy. A loss makes everyone on the team appear more lost and diseased.

  12. It is the cooperation and unity towards a common goal can bring a team closer.  Without these, it is difficult to hold a team close to each other. If they are bind with  these principles they will stay close to each other whether win or lose.

  13. both

    a win to celebrate achievement

and a loss to test ur bond

  14. I feel it is more fun to win.  There is always a winner and a loser.  I don't think either one will bring you closer as a team.

When you play as a team that's the key.  Encouragement when you s***w up.  Complementing when making a dig or so on.

  15. Love.

If you can build a team making everyone a member of your big family, you can keep them stay close no matter win or lose. You will count on each other on and off the court, you will think of each other with or without the ball, you will share with each other laughing or crying.

If a team promotes finger-pointing, it would be easily destroyed by one losing game. If a team promotes me-first attitude, a win would only start fighting for credit. Another kind of players who live on and off the court would be those who talk bad about others ... behind them ... no matter win or lose, they do it for living.

So what brings a team closer, LOVE as what we share in a big family.

  16. it doesnt matter. You can win and be happy because you guys had fun while you lost or you can win and be bored because everyone had jus went through the motions and no one was really into it. I think just going to someones house and just chillin will make the team closer as long as you guys have fun together

  17. a win. duh. a lose brings hatred into the teams. people would started getting upset and blaming each other for the mistakes they made.
