What do you think can be done to better relations with East and West Germans whom seem un unified in mind?

It seems that the West and East still have many differences so I was wondering what you all thought could be done to improve things?

Most of all it would need that the older generation change their mind.Stop complaining about things that happened and even more important stop blaming each other for the sometimes hard times on both sides.

Media also should work in that direction intead of reinforcing particularism same for some politicians.

I think the reconciliation between Germany and France can give a good example if it is possible by the godwill to turn enemys into friends it must some day be possible to make Germans feel one nation....

That is my personal opinion though some might sound utopic for some people.
