What do you think can be done to stop persecution?

I believe one way in which persecution can be stopped is by taking the time to learn and understand other people and their cultures. By not knowing anything about the other peoples of the world, a sense of insecurity tends to plague the mind and prevent it from realizing that people different from yourself are not necessarily always "bad."
