  1. Your one up on me, I won't waste my time watching it. I'm still trying to figure out what this "mostly us" stuff is all about. I can't seem to get any real answers though I've ask a lot of questions about it. I do know that the ratios between C13/C12  offer the same signal, and the ocean releases more CO2 then any other source. I have yet to come across any real answer.

  2. Real, mostly caused by us.

This is science and what counts is the data.

"I wasn’t convinced by a person or any interest group—it was the data that got me. I was utterly convinced of this connection between the burning of fossil fuels and climate change. And I was convinced that if we didn’t do something about this, we would be in deep trouble.”

Vice Admiral Richard H. Truly, USN (Ret.)

    Former NASA Administrator, Shuttle Astronaut

Here are two summaries of the mountain of peer reviewed data that convinced Admiral Truly and the vast majority of the scientific community, short and long.

    summarized at:

There's a lot less controversy about this is the real world than there is on Yahoo answers:

And vastly less controversy in the scientific community than you might guess from the few skeptics talked about here:

EVERY major scientific organization has issued an official statement that this is real, and mostly caused by us.  The National Academy of Sciences, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Institute of Physics, the American Chemical Society, the American Geophysical Union, the American Meteorological Association, etc.

  3. Why do so many stupid people think that climate change is just a crazy theory invented by Al Gore?! Yes he made a documentary about it. But ALL the worlds climate scientists (the respectable ones) agree that climate change is happening. So you don't have a leg to stand on, saying that its not. The debate is whether its caused by us, and most scientists and climatologists think it is. We cannot afford to NOT do anything about it, as its effects are happening right now and are going to get worse.

'Geewizz'-   i have noticed you on several questions saying ridiculous things all in capital letters and stating your source as 'GLOBAL LOGIC'. I'm afraid that shizzle you said is not 'global logic' and i think you just made it up.

Global warming is but a component, in a group of destructive forces at work such as ;deforestation, desertification, soil and water contamination ,irresponsible or wasteful utilization of bio resources , air pollution,Non sustainable Agriculture, over pumping carbon aquifers

all concepts which are definitely not part of the Natural Processes of the Natural world

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

    WHICH WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR,

The most prolific growth on this planet is part of the day in the mist and most of the time under clouds ,and the least growth is always directly in the sun .

To exchange the one for the other means changing local climates

We are exchanging Nature with Tar , concrete and open spaced mono cultures.

In 300 years half of the planets forests have gone ,and in the last 50 years half of the wet lands ,and rain forests

These Areas absorb heat during the day and release heat at night ,

Cause cloud formation(shade).humidifying the air on the surface as well as releasing excess water at the roots that keep rivers flowing ,which in turn brings more water into the Environment .

As well as contributing to absorbing carbon emissions as do the leaves of the trees together with the oceans .

All in all many factors which directly affect the local Environment .

The loss of the above resulting in rivers drying up ,less rain ,desertification, loss of habitat for many species and so on.

dryer and hotter surface environments which can manifest in different weather patterns such as tornadoes or bush fires

I may be stupid or Naive but somehow i believe that lots of these local environmental changes, can add up to affect global weather, If there are enough of them (and there are)

And then on top of that comes the story of the effects of pollutants released into Nature and especially the Air ,by MANhttp://earthissues.multiply.com/photos/a...

A cocktail of events and a lot of the ingredients have MAN written all over them

So it is safe to assume that we should look at ourselves ,for possible improvements ,and rectifying Eco errors that are with in our powers.

    What is a safer bet

to be or not to be

  5. You should belive what you want, but take into considersation other peoples opinions and compare your view and theirs. Think about it. You can't expect others to tell you what to think. Realistically...

  6. U are correct it is a scam to make money. Just send money and I will forgive your sins. The movie that Gore made is full of lies. It turned out that he borrowed the ice melting from a movie which was a computer generated picture. Several others were all lies. Your Corbin foot print has been taken care of by plants. They need the CO2 to survive.

  7. Gores movie is OK, but it's generally best to read directly what the actual organizations involved in climate research have to say about it.  Here's a few good sites (from research organizations) that should help to convince you that it's real and we need to respond to it:

The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research Global Warming FAQs

    http://www.ucar.edu/news/features/climat...

Department of Geology and Geophysics at Yale Global Warming FAQ

    NOAA Global Warming FAQ

    NASA Global Warming Q&A:

    http://earthobservatory.nasa.gov/Study/G...

  8. I saw the video, it should have been called a comedy and the jokes on those who fell for it.

  9. i think human should concern about his problem...due to the disaster always occur in our world recently, so that human should take care for our world...

  10. It's all made up

  11. The Earth has been much warmer on average than it is right now, while dinosaurs were alive for example, but the concentration of Greenhouse Gases in the atmosphere is at a billion-year peak, which means the Earth might continue to heat up and lets face it we aren't dinosaurs.

  12. GLOBAL WARMING IS'NT CAUSED BY MAN AND I'LL LET YOU PROVE IT BY==  something has weakened the invisible forcefield (ozone) so that the sun's rays can penetrate our planet   to melt our glaciers 24 hours a day. yet our atmosphere can't escape into outer space and outer space can't enter our atmosphere, yet solid objects can come and go as they please. so tell me==use your logic, who on earth has this fantastic power, not man or anything that man has. we dont have this type of intelligence for this highly developed technology. so who.

  13. i think its a load of BS and al gore is ***

  14. If you have to believe, then it's not science as science is knowledge, belief is faith or religion.

No one can tell you if it will be warmer or colder 5 years from now without guessing.  How is that real?
