What do you think happens when you die?

Question

Do you believe you can choose to come back to earth as a newborn? Or when you die do you keep coming back because you didn't find your soulmate and you won't stop coming back until you do?

When we die we simply cease to exist.  We were made of dust and we will decompose back into dust.  When a person dies, they do not go to heaven, they do not go to h**l.  However, when God's Kingdom comes he will resurrect the dead ones, the righteous will be given everlasting life, and the wicked will be destroyed.

Its funny to see religious people posting like they're posting facts... I need a handle on physics to understand how my "soul" gets out of my body and goes to heaven or h**l? I wasnt aware scientists have linked physics and the afterlife to any religion... Good try though...

Nobody knows. But if I were to guess Id say Ill be like any other animal on this planent and rot... Unless I get cremated or lost in the ocean or something you know.

i will be judged initially. go to Heaven, Purgatory, or h**l. then at the final judgement I will be sent to Heaven or h**l

You need a handle on physics when you are talking about death and the afterlife. First, when you die, you pass from the boundaries of space-time into timelessness. When Adam died, he did not "sleep" as we understand sleep. The moment Adam died he entered timeless eternity. The next moment, the entire of earth's history has played out and the judgment has begun.

In the eternal, time has no hold and no limitation. As we live in these bodies, time drags on. But upon our death, click, the world's scenario has already played out. What happens after the judgment depends on what you decide in the here and now.

Hebrews 9:27-28

...it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.

In other words, you have one life--no reincarnation. What you decide in the here and now will decide your eternity afterward.

The truth is that death brings immediate heaven or h**l, depending ONLY on whether you believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ in this life or not.  

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is this: The truth is that the only way to be saved and to get into heaven and avoid being sent to eternal h**l is by believing in faith alone that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Believe this and you are saved!

Please pray now: "Jesus, please forgive me of my sins. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and You rose from the dead. Thank You for eternal life!" You will be in heaven with Him forever when you die :)

When I die there will be a ticker tape parade and the newspapers will headline with "Solugubus dies ! Mankind is free !" and random sailors will grab and kiss attractive women in the middle of the street. Babies will stop crying and Blacks and g**s and Muslims will have 3 way s*x in public. Something like that.
