&& i think he will beat the **** out of Y2J and have more title reigns in the future then retire...he will be in the hall of fame someday along with trish and lita...thats my prediction

He might retire soon, and probably hold one last WWE championship at WrestleMania, and he will then forfeit it, so he will never "lose" the title to someone.

honestly in my opinion i think that hbk is indeed a legend and his wrestleing is amazing but you guys have to think their first years in this buisness you only get paid 25k a year wen you sign the contract but with that said shawn has been in this industry since i was a kid and well yes i agree i would love to see him wrestle more and beat the h**l outa jericho but behind the scenes jericho and shawn are like brothers verry best friends that is the reason on the scenes you never hear them use cuss words they are both christian people and well i strongly belive that hbk's retirement is not too far away he has kids and a wife at home and i think the eye injury was a great gimmik to see and spend some time with his family and i bet he is enjoyin his time but i think it is just vacation time with him and his family but his retirement is comin and we all know it is just around the corner for him to throw in the towel

I get the feeling that Shawn is very, very, satisfied with the life he has at home.  He's got a family that I'm sure he'd like to see much more often.  That being said, I know that the "eye injury" is a work.  Does anyone else remember the time HBK "retired" because he "lost his SMILE" (lmao on that one..)  It's just the WWE going back and re-working yet another angle from the past.  He'll come back, feud w/Y2J, have a great match vs Jericho at Survivor Series, and hopefully, Vince will be smart enough to give him ONE more World Title reign of about one year.  Then it'll be time for him to hang up the boots, he HAS done it ALL in this business.  I wish him nothing but the best.
