  1. US Citizenship Laws:

    1.  A child that is born on American soil is automatically a naturalized American citizen, regardless of the nationality of their parents and regardless of whether or not their parents are illegal immigrants

    2.  A child that is born outside of the US but both of his/her parents' are US citizens is automatically a US citizen.

Brush up on your citizenship laws before you come on here to rant.  It really is embarassing when you are proved wrong.

Either way, what about Nastia Luikin?  She was born in Russia but has lived in the US and competed for the US.  According to your little logic here, she should have competed for Russia?

Again, research.  Learn how to work the Google before you come on here and rant again.

EDIT:  "mexicanslie and DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT PAPER and they make problems in this country more problems for us unlike russians"

To be the Grammar police the statement should read:  "Mexicans lie and they do not have the right papers.  They make more problems for us in this country unlike the Russians."  Shouldn't you be in school right now?

Oh and...you sound just a tad racist.  Actually more than a tad racist, you just sound plain old racist.

  2. It is his parents that are illegal, not him. If he was born in America, he is by law a US citizen. It's funny how some people would talk about immigration and citizenship when they do not know anything about it at all. There are laws about it. Your opinion is not the law. Oh, and immigrants pay taxes. Educate yourselves, people!

  3. I have no problems with illegals in the US. Someone has to cut my grass, collect my garbage, and win my country gold medals.

"mexicanslie and DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT PAPER and they make problems in this country more problems for us unlike russians"

    LOL!  Wow!

  4. I'm not so sure. Just being born to undocumented immigrants doesn't mean that the child is necessarily documentless. And being undocumented doesn't make you an illegal immigrant, because they could also be stateless persons (two different things).

In any case, I don't believe that simply not being born somewhere disallows you to be a part of their national team, so long as you love that country.
