  1. Okay so I do both. Every week I deep condition after I was my hair, must people think that washing your hair every week ((preferably every sunday or saturday)) drys out your hair but followed by a deep condition and/or moisturizing it helps keep help healthy and shiny.  And I suggest that every two or three months you should  use a hot-oil treatment. I feel this keeps my hair healthy and lush =]. I do this to mine all the time, And I feel it works for me.

hot-oil treatments should only be done once every so often because, they are to add moisturizer to your hair deep conditioning on the other hand just helps keep hair moisturized. To do a deep condition you don't need really special product, just take your favorite conditioner((I use suave)) place in hair and put a shower cap over for maybe twenty-five or thirty minuets. And for a hot-oil treatment just use which ever brand you prefer maybe something with a tree oil or a olive oil base, i always just us what ever is on sale at the time because they all pretty much work the same =]

Follow up either hair process with a good moisturizing such as a sheen or spritzer which ever you prefer and enjoy your new lush and healthy look. Just remember don't apply to much heat to your hair...it's not good for any type of hair.

  2. I like to put regular conditioner in my hair and leave it for like 20 minutes then wash it out it's so soft or I put mayo in my hair sounds gross but it works you just have to wash it like 5 times afterwards lol

  3. Deep Conditioning, Their's better stuff in it then Hot Oil treatment..I use Biolage...Not sure where you can get it..My mom had brung it home from a hairshow.

  4. ionic sealer, or carotene mask. Both treatments can be done by your stylist. They are amazing!!

  5. deep conditioners are better because they actually condition your hair, any kind of oil will close and seal the cuticle on your hair so you can actually deep condition and then seal it with the oil but only do this once in a while, a max amount is probably twice a month

  6. Both are good but i think the hot oils are better .

  7. hot oils last deep conditioners last for a week and dont make it as smooth as hot oil
