I think the goverment might be studying aliens and there technology. What do you think?

Who knows. Maybe. I'll give it a though. Still, I think they have moved their alien research from zone 51 to another place.

I think they moved the alien bodies and ships to Wright Patterson, where they study alien (usually from other countries) technology.  They appear to be only working with our experimental aircraft at Area 51 now.
