Like in California .. it is a stepping stone for Chinese companies to get buisness connections and from there move to  Mexico where they can pay cheaper for labor over there. The one who take the hard beating are the people that are laid off.

In Texas you have stupid laws like the Driver Responsibility act, that penalizes drivers for three years even if they paid their traffic fines on time. The amounts are outrages... and to find work in Texas in like finding a needle in a hay stack.

In Florida, you have many govt officials that seem they are picking there nose insted of making reasonably decision. Most states are paying a minimum wage of $7 per hour, while Florida is still at $6 something. Can families honestly live on $6 something an hour? Also when hurricanes hit there is very little to no support.FEMA who no knows when they will be done wiping there behinds and doing there job.

I know its hard for this guys to understand because they have houses and very good paying jobs, while us the working people are stuck with the consequences of there stupid decision. Can you honestly tell me how a little country like CUBA can afford to have a no cost health plan for all of there residents. While this top notch " Harvard, Yale" and what no govt officials still ahve not figured it out!

Entitlement.

Each citizen feels that he/she is entitled to certain things.  This can be compared to the fall of the Roman Empire and it's attitude of 'bread and circuses'.  For example, public education has been an issue for several decades.  We all feel entitled to good public schools for our children (or ourselves, if we are still in school).  However, we don't want to pay the extra tax money to make sure that our teachers earn competitive salaries and enable our kids to excel.   Another example of entitlement is the percentage of the public that votes, and the percentage of the public who actually understand the voting process.  We demand more honest politicians, but many of us don't even know how or where to vote.  We want fair laws, and yet we don't know the names of our legislators.  How can we expect our country to run properly if we aren't involved?

The entitlement mentality, people think they deserve a good life without working for it.

Parents.  They are not teaching children anymore.  They all think it is ok to let the child pick and choose as he or she pleases.

True, children should be given SOME freedom but parents are too scared now that their kids will yell at them so they let them do what they want.  And then their children's children do the same and it gets worse and worse.

Society's media has gotten worse and parents don't know how to cope with it and they just give up.

In short, parents need to be taught how to be parents who can discipline these days.  Not beat or abuse, but discipline.

Our leaders are scared they will offend someone, so they talk out of both sides of their mouth. They say what they think you want to hear and don't listen to what we are saying.

They say, NO GOD IN SCHOOL, ON OUR MONEY, IN OUR COURT ROOMS OR ANY PUBLIC BUILDING. Let's not offend someone.

Rights are earned! You earn them by being a CITIZEN.

You just don't get them when you sneak in under cover of darkness.

They say let's go to war, then blame it on the next guy.  

They go to war then they wont let our soldiers do their job. WE MIGHT HURT SOMEBODY.

We give tons of money to other countries, when we should be helping our own citizens.

They are not helping our citizen buy paying them to have 11 babies.
