  2. I would continue to keep your face free and clear using a gentle natural soap, splash with cold water afterwards and pat dry. I would also pull your hair back and try to keep it out of your face.

I would use witch hazel as an astringent, very good for your face. I would also make sure that you are eating a healthy diet of fruit & veg. and fiber. I would also use acidophilus 5 billion & milk free, this will also help.Drink plenty of water.

If you are stressed, start taking some yoga and meditation classes, it works wonders.  Hope this helped.

  3. Honestly theres really no way you can ensure acne will go away and not return. But the one thing you can do is work for it not to come back. That means washing your face atleast twice a day with a good cleanser and moisturiser. Also if you are using makeup make sure it is doesnt clog your pores. And if you have bangs... well maybe they arent such a great idea. Try keeping your hair out of your face as much as possible because if your hair collects dirt and or dust it's all over your face now. Plus dont pick at it or touch it alot becuase then your getting what ever is on your hands is on your face. If you want a good acne wash see a good dermatologist or your doctor and ask them what products they suggest becuase they normally suggest gels that you can put on that you use with your acne wash! Good Luck!

  4. keep ur hands off ur face and ur hair ut of ur face, grease and oils from ur hand and hair get into ur pores which give u acne... to help get rid of it... drink a lot of water every day (drink water will help keep it away but also washing too), and was ur face twice a day (morning and night, or more if u have to), make sure all ur makeup is off before u go to bed, and if u do get a break out, use a hot compress (get a wet wash cloth and put it in the microwave for a minute) that will help pop the zits, and to make the redness go away use an ice cube til the redness is gone. this is a good answer can i get 10 points?

  5. i use proactiv and it works really welling for me

it takes like 3 days though to see the improvement

i recently tried "acne free" but it doesnt work as well

also try doing things like yoga or meditation to reduce ur stress level

  6. There are a few things you can do. Eat a normal, healthy diet. Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night to reduce stress. Any products you use on your skin should be say "non-comedogenic" ("hypoallergenic" probably isn't good enough for sensitive skin.) I like Cetaphil and only wash my skin with that, and use DML brand moisturizer. I also avoid over-exposure to the sun. Wash your face twice daily, and when you do so do NOT scrub, rather dab with a towel.

Additionally, it may be a good idea to visit a dermatologist or your physician who could confirm that it is acne and, if appropriate, prescribe a topical medicine.

  7. There is no quick fix for acne.  Your doctor may recommend some prescription medication.  Keep your face very clean.  Drink plenty of water.  Eat a nutritious diet and get enough sleep.  Try to reduce the stress in your life.  Probably the most useful and effective things you can do are to apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts and never to pick or squeeze pimples. Playing with or popping pimples, no matter how careful and clean you are, nearly always makes bumps stay redder and bumpier longer.   Here are a few informative links with additional home treatment ideas.
