What do you think is the best method to dispose of nuclear waste?

eg. under parliament, arizona desert, the sun..... all are not really that "stable" what do you think is the best place for it to go.

Package it in sealed steel casks with concrete shielding and filled with dry nitrogen.  Put them someplace convenient.

Yes, convenient.  Spent fuel contains a great deal of uranium and other transuranics (fuel which will be valuable in the near future) and the fission products also include very valuable elements like platinum and iridium.  We are going to want that stuff again!

I don't see anything wrong with just locking it in a vault somewhere.  As long as it's out of reach of terrorists and a majority of natural distasters, that waste is doing far less damage to us than what comes out of other powerplants.
