What do you think is the best restaurant in perth, western australia?

I dont know if its still open or not but used to be "The Plum" in Sorrento.

Also I cant remember the name of it but the silver service restaurant above the Hurlingham in South Perth is excellent also.

Dont live in perth anymore am down south now but good luck!

it has to be the marina bay restaurant @ marina bay. it is idyllic and you get to drop your bread out of the open window onto the grass where the ducks sit patiently, i took my partner for her birthday last feb and she loved it. and best of all, the food is to die for and it's very reasonably priced.

Ciao Italia in South Perth. Genuine Italian food, generous portions, friendly environment and always busy. They don't advertise because they don't need to, and you can't book as it's first-come first-served.
