What do you think is the healthiest thing to get at dunkin donuts?

for anyone who is a health expert.. if you are ordering from dunkin donuts.. what do you think is the healthiest choice(s).

  1. I'm not sure of calories I generally use the WW points as a guide. If you can work out how many points you're allowed a day and take it from there.

  3. Dunkin Donuts in general is not healthy. Try something that doesn't inlcude donut like fruit, vegatables, salad!

  6. Nothing, but maybe the coffee. If you want healthy snacks look toward fruit, peanut butter, nuts, low fat cheese, or solid dark chocolate. If you want better cookies and cakes make your own and not from a box.

  7. Anything that doesnt have High Fructose Corn Syrup in it or dyes like Red 40, Blue 6, and so-on and so-forth.

  8. Well, you can ask for sugarless donuts. But watch out for hidden sugar. Better still dip in hot chocolate.

  14. I guess the healtiest choice would be to stand there, smell the donuts but not get any. Haha! That is if you can resist it. If not then just not go there. Having said that, I actually just had a cinnamon donut a couple of days ago from there. It was yum! :)

  19. I would say a plain donut and milk, that is if they do not have fresh fruit or whole grain cereal available and to offer.

  21. I would say a strawberry smoothie, and make sure to tell them not to add sugar.

  22. black coffee........ if you are going there just make it a splurge and get a single doughnut. but if you really don't want any unhealthy food just stick with a calorie free black coffee.. not too interesting but it won't make you feel like c**p either.

  29. you're going to dunkin donuts to get coffee or donuts/breakfast

    s***w water or fruit, you can get that anywhere else

    i recommend getting just a coffee.

    black coffee is pretty much fat free

    but you're probably going to get it with cream or some sort of dairy product, which has fat.

    if u wanna avoid that fat, ask for 1% or skim and flavor it with a zero-calorie sweetener, (splenda, etc)

    coffee also has a LOT of health benefits (reduced risk of alzeheimers, parkinson, and it pretty much is ur fuel because of its caffeine content.

    just dont drink too much coffee because it can stress you out and increase blood pressure.

    also, if by any bizarre chance you're pregnant.

    coffee isn't reccommened in heavy dosages.

    donuts/fried stuff isnt recommended if ur aiming for healthy

    well, dunkin donuts food isn't recommended at all.

    try to get a bagel, its the best you can get there.

  30. everything there is loaded with saturated fats.. the only safe thing is the coffee.. a donut is fine is you are going to walk up some steps or you are going to do hard labor.. this place has so many temptin foods.  the donuts are delicious.. but remember when you enjoy this .. you are hurting yourself by building up cholesterol.. so bite the bullet and have a bowl of gritts in the morning  or some raisin bran.. bran is good keeps you in control .. ok gilermo.

  31. IF you're that concerned about your health, don't go to Dunkin Doughnuts in the first place. If you only go once in  a while though, forget about being healthy. It's not like you'll eat one doughnut and you'll burst out of your skinny jeans
