I would say 115-130, but that would also depend on your bone structure. there are people with heavy bones and people with not so heavy bones. you might look skinnier than your friend and still weight more than her. still, i think the ideal weight is the one that you feel most comfortable with.

  5. I think it really depends on the woman, and her frame. The healthy weight range for that height is I believe around 120-145 lbs or so. Some women that height look fat if they get above 130, while others look rail thin if they go under it. Rather than judging on weight, you should judge on an individual basis, on health, feeling of wellness, and how the person feels they look at whatever size they are.
