What do you think is the main edge of pacquiao against marquez?

We know both of them are great fighters. But can you site their assets and liabilities in this upcoming rematch game.

Pacquiao is stronger and faster, Marquez is a better boxer and more acurate - but Pacquiao looks even bigger now like a junior welter but he was also getting involved with politics and does not look as intrested in boxing so much

His main edge against anyone in that division will be his power and speed - his natural abilities give him an edge over Marquez.  

But I think his biggest asset will be the experience and improvement in his boxing abilities since their first fight.  He has been in with world class competition for the past 4 years and has been developing a more polished style...while he techincally still may be not be as good as Marquez, his improvments along with his experience all compounded with his awesome power and speed look to make it a very long night for Marquez.

Manny Pacquiao knocks people out, his punching power and it's ability to end a fight by KO is what make him one of boxing's premier little guys.  Juan Manuel Marquez showed grit, determination and world class boxing skills in his first fight with Pacquiao, few if any men in boxing could have gotten off the canvas three times in the first round and boxed well enough to get back into the fight, let alone salvage a draw, many thought Marquez won the first fight.  The rematch shapes up as the classic slugger (Pacquiao) vs the technical boxer (Marquez) and the longer the fight goes, the worse it will be for Pacquiao, if Manny lets Juan Manuel off the hook this time, it won't be a draw, Pacquiao will lose a decision to Marquez in a second distance fight.

It's like this.  Pacquiao has a great straight left cross,  that is the punch he knocked Marquez down 3 times with.  The problem is later in the fight when Marquez started to get warmed up,  he started to slip Pac-Man's punches from the outside which left Pac-Man flat footed inside and up close to Marquez that is when Marquez started to punish Pac-Man with counter hooks to his body and head thus evening out the decision of the fight.  Marquez is physically bigger and stronger,  you can tell this by the size of his arms, back, and chest but Pacquiao has some of the fastest hands in the sport and fights at a lightening fast pace that is tops in the sport.  I think this fight will be determined by the way Pac-Man decides to fight.   If he keeps trying to knock Marquez out,  personally I don't think he can he is going to leave himself vulnerable on the inside and Marquez can steal this fight in a decision.  But if Pacquiao decides to just just box and move and pick Marquez apart from the outside he will win,  but I am not sure what strategy he and his trainer will use. I know he likes the KO but I think Marquez is too good for that.

Pacquiao has all the edge over marquez.  pacquiao can pinpoint marquez's weakness the first fight and he'll do it again in the rematch... all marquez is expecting is to counterpunch, but pacquiao has already learned to avoid counterpunching... that's how much he has improved in the past 4 years... i see marquez not going past the 10th round and the ref, if not his corner, will stop the fight... then it will be david diaz next for pacquiao...

pacquaio will use his speed and intelligence inside the ring. that  would be his advantage over marquez. hes speed is awesome. marquez is a good fighter but pacquaio is a great fighter.

No matter which way we look, they both have pretty much the same qualities of a top ranked boxer. Speed, power, tenacity, endurance and style.

I guess the fighter with more of each of these qualities will prevail.

By the looks of it, seems like Pacquiao has more of those qualities than Marquez.
