I can think of several:  V8 or tomato juice with a dash of salt and black pepper with a celery stick in it to use as a stirrer will make people think you are drinking a Bloody Mary;  any kind of fruit juice like cranberry, cranberry juice cocktail, pomegranate juice, orange juice or apple juice mixed with 7-Up or soda water and topped with a lemon, lime or orange wedge/slice; unsweetened Iced Tea mixed 50/50 with lemonade and topped with a lemon wedge - this is called an Arnold Palmer; Coke Classic or Pepsi with a wedge of lemon or lime...
