  1. Probably Australia. Or if you mean uninhabited, Antarctica.


  2. Mongolia (figurly spoken) perhaps, Canada and Brazil are also options.

  3. Probably a third world country that is too poor to pollute (and which you wouldn't want to live in).

    But among the developed countries France is pretty good, very low CO2 emissions from their electricity sector (being about the only country to have actually solved the CO2 problem from electricity helps there, maybe the rest of the world should copy them) and electricity does make up a pretty high proportion of their energy usage.

  4. Monaco, Luxembourg, or one of the other postage stamp countries.  Can't be Australia because of all that grass, and can't be Antarctica and all that melting ice releasing trapped Carbon Dioxide.

    it has the worlds largest geothermal energy production and 40% of its energy is from renewable sources
