Your hair- layers would look good in your black hair, also you could experiment with dying your hair dark brown or even red, if you dont like it you can always dye it back.

You make up- use a light plum or peach or pink on your cheecks to bring out the rose undertones you already have. On your eyes experiment with colors that will bring out your beatiful eyes. If you use a dramatic colored eye keep you lips simple, use a pink or red lip gloss that will pop from your skin color

i would get a little more edge. some layers but still have the length and part your hair more to the side with some bangs would be nice. dont die it!!

also you have strong eyes but underneath look like they can be a bit puffy. use some conceler under your eye and then use black eyeliner only on the top and inside of your eye with very thick lashes. anything by covergirl works =]
